The only flower I ever heard my mother say she didn''t like. I wish I knew why... it's one of my favorites.
These are pinwheels made by Skyline students, assembled by Holly Bess Kincaid's art students, and placed in front of our school to celebrate the International Day of Peace. The Students Rebuild organization will collect these and send $2 for each pinwheel to help Syrian refugees. There are hundreds of these pinwheels made by our students, and I can't help but look out my library window and smile.
